Alexandra Maria Lara has been a German/Romanian television actress for over a decade. Alexandra is known for roles in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. The only child of Romanian actress Valentin Platareu. Alexandra started her professional career in the show business from a young age. By the time she was sixteen, she had secured the leading roles in numerous shows on television. In the Oscar nominated film Downfall her character as Adolf Hitler's Secretary Traudljunge was also a critically-acclaimed one. The Reader, Der Baader Meinhof Komplex and The Reader are also Oscar-nominated films starring this stunning beautiful diva. Alexandra is associated with numerous notable projects, both nationally and internationally. These include British biographical film Control Greek drama film The Dust of Time and French historical miniseries Napoleon and many more. She was also in the jury panel of the Transylvania International Film Festival, as well as at the Cannes Film Festival.
